Michael Hinton

Mike Hinton at Latitude

I had 20 years' experience in the Institute's Neurobiology Laboratory, working on behaviour and memory. I represented the Institute and the BBSRC at several national exhibitions which led to a secondment in 2004, covering press, public relations, web development and schools outreach. After a short return to the bench I moved into the Graphics Facility, maintaining my outreach activities, improving the Institute's AV capabilities and developing internal and external web sites for the Institute. After a further 15 years covering both Public Engagement and Web Development I moved into the latter full time.

I've been lucky to work with so many amazing colleagues over the last 37 years. Links to stories and blog posts from our website featuring projects I've contributed to are listed here while my scientific publications can be viewed at: Mike's Publications | Babraham Institute
