Olly joined the Babraham Institute in 2019 as a Project Manager, before taking on the role of Head of Projects and Governance in early 2022.

Olly’s work is focused on development and delivery of operational projects and on the Institute’s governance and risk management strategy. Taking a strategic and transparent approach, Olly and the department work to build a culture of project and change management within the Institute and beyond; working across the Institute’s governance structure and framework, from its committees to its policies, from its procedures and procedures to business continuity planning and risk management. Leading on projects, and identifying, championing and leading change in its structure and process the department aims to ensure engagement across the Institute.
